Connecting deeply to your physical body in this era of AI, technology, etc, is one of the most important gifts you can give yourself.

Sink into a heated table, gravity holding you in place—letting go, exhaling, releasing every muscle. Be it the muscles around your eyes, or those that clench your teeth, or maybe those that type all day or cary you from place to place.

As a deep listener, I attune to your inner Doctor—homeostasis—your truth, and allow you to direct me. Each massage is different.

Being a nationally certified massage therapist since 2007, I administer in the following modalities:

  • Therapeutic, deep tissue – target specific trouble spots gentle motion

  • Swedish – get lymph moving 

  • Hot Stone – Relax and soothing

  • Cranial Release Technique – reset the dura, unwind the body

  • Reflexology – using points of feet to affect the whole body

  • Micro Point Stimulation (MPS) – Pain management, scar removal

  • Dolphin – Neurostim. Reduce nervous system stress to relax muscles

  • Sound Therapy – Tuning forks and singing bowls

  • Aroma Therapy – Raindrop and essential oils.

  • Agri Therapy – Relax and reconnect in the gardens. Re-connect to center.

  • Finnish Sauna

    In the shape of a Beehive, the Cedar Sauna, fits up to 6. The “Hive-Design” stone, stone is specify created for oplemmum steam, and for generating long lasting heat. Glass door allows you to look out, but not in! Gold plunge available $40 up to three hours.

  • Sound Therapy

    I am a certified Tuning Fork Sound Healer & Expert Level Sound Healer and offer these modalities at my massage studio. Group sessions and concerts are available in your home or in the meditation gardens at Back Roads Farm.

  • Salves

    Made at Back Roads Farm, medicinal flowers are grown, harvested, dried, and made into tinctures and salves using coconut oil, shea butter, CBD infused oil upon request. St. Johns Wort, Calendula, Lavender, Rose, Dandelion, Chamomile, and more

  • Body Scrubs

    Dead Sea Mineral Salts infused with Back Roads Farm Lavender, Rose and other herbs.
